MILTON'S SOLEMN PLEDGE TO THE BRITISH PUBLIC

I make this pledge in good faith, publicly and transparently, and accept personal accountability for its fulfilment.

  1. I will receive all my crowdfunded sums into a separate, dedicated bank account, and I will make all my relevant spendings and transfers from that account. I will publish all transactions of that bank account on this website, for complete transparency.

  2. I will publish rationale of all my significant procurement decisions transparently on this website, for complete transparency.

  3. Once and if I get my "legal and procedural costs" recoved in the court, I will pay forward the full net balance to a list of registered charities or non-profit organisations operating for nation-wide causes.
    ( [All Crowd-funded Sums] - [Any Non-recovered Legal and Procedural Costs] )

  4. I will donate for such charities / non-profits a significant portion of my claims rewarded by the court.
    (
In principle, a significant percentage of ([Net Total Claims after Non-recovered Legal & Procedural Costs] - [My Direct Financial Losses or Damages Recovered]).

  5. As it has already been my position from the beginning and inline with the sincere commitment to public interest during the very days where I was seeing the silencing pressure and risking my much-needed job and income with my disclosures in public interest, I will NOT agree to a settlement at any stage that rewards my personal claims but do not bring substantial value to public interest in terms of recognised failures and concretely evidenced actions and plans to address my concerns as well as their root causes. (Edit: Obviously, to the extent that the public support I receive enables Mayflower Case to call for adequate scrutiny into my reported matters, via lawful means like court orders or other legitimate procedural means.)

  6. Any amounts I will use from the crowd-funded sums for my or my dependent's living costs and financial stability / cash-flow regulation, I will pay all of them forward to such UK-wide charities entirely, regardless of outcomes in the court. Timing for such payment depends on my future income prospects, but I will also add such charities as a beneficiary to my life-insurance to be provided by my next employer. This way, I will make sure that even if I die being in debt to British public on the basis of this pledge, I will not be buried in such debt to any individuals or institutions.

  7. I will publish full documentation of my "pay-it-forward" donations for complete transparency explaining how much I paid-forward, to which charity/non-profit, for what reasons.
